My room was clean and modern. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The selection of teas, coffees, and soaps added a nice touch, though I realized the room featured a TV live-streaming the pitch rather than a window, it was a minor detail. The service I received upon arrival and throughout my stay was amazing.

the room was furnished well and the bed was comfortable.
I stayed for two nights in a roseburn room though i was disappointed. the room had no natural light or a window. it reminded me of an enclosed box and it was quite claustrophobic. Waking up, i had no idea of the time as there was no natural light.

as a hearts fan, the club lounge access proved a great perk. the superking sized bed guaranteed an excellent night's sleep. i found top-quality beverages and toiletries in the suite. the sunday menu at the skyline restaurant offered excellent value and service. i will definitely return to the hotel.
i noticed marks on the wall and skirts, which seemed slightly out of place

The room included a safe and refrigerator, valuable amenities. The bed was comfortable (I slept well!) and wider than two meters. I also appreciated the kettle with tea and coffee provided in the room.
The room lacked extra bathroom amenities such as a shower cap.
