my roseburn executive room was very clean. the provided snacks in the room were a nice touch , as well as the hot beverage bar.

modern room comfortable bed amazing service
My room was clean and modern. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The selection of teas, coffees, and soaps added a nice touch, though I realized the room featured a TV live-streaming the pitch rather than a window, it was a minor detail. The service I received upon arrival and throughout my stay was amazing.

some issues encountered
no natural light enclosed box
the room was furnished well and the bed was comfortable.
I stayed for two nights in a roseburn room though i was disappointed. the room had no natural light or a window. it reminded me of an enclosed box and it was quite claustrophobic. Waking up, i had no idea of the time as there was no natural light.

the roseburn room was spacious. the bed was huge and comfortable. the screen showed the pitch live (i liked watching the groundsman).

The hotel is located near a major bus route. I reached princes street quickly. i found the staff friendly. they were helpful with all my requests. the rooms were super clean.

superb stay!
club lounge superking bed quality beverages excellent service
as a hearts fan, the club lounge access proved a great perk. the superking sized bed guaranteed an excellent night's sleep. i found top-quality beverages and toiletries in the suite. the sunday menu at the skyline restaurant offered excellent value and service. i will definitely return to the hotel.
i noticed marks on the wall and skirts, which seemed slightly out of place

room safe comfortable bed coffee kettle
The room included a safe and refrigerator, valuable amenities. The bed was comfortable (I slept well!) and wider than two meters. I also appreciated the kettle with tea and coffee provided in the room.
The room lacked extra bathroom amenities such as a shower cap.
